1. About PiEdge Learning
These Terms govern your use of piedgelearning.co.uk, operated by PiEdge Learning Ltd. By registering and starting your free trial, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. The service
PiEdge Learning provides an adaptive online learning platform:
- 11+ Exam Preparation (Maths, English, Verbal & Non-Verbal Reasoning) — £19.99/month
- KS2 SATs Preparation (Maths and English) — £6.99/month
3. Subscriptions and billing
Free Trial: All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Your card is saved securely by Stripe and charged only after the trial ends.
Monthly Subscription: After the trial, your subscription renews monthly — 11+ Plan: £19.99 per month; SATs Plan: £6.99 per month.
Price Changes: We will give at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase. You may cancel before the new price applies.
4. Cancellation
- Cancel any time from your Profile screen — no cancellation fees
- Access continues until the end of your current paid period
- No partial refunds for unused days within a billing period
- Your data is retained for 12 months after cancellation
5. Refunds
We offer refunds for: technical issues preventing access for 48+ hours, duplicate charges, accidental charges, or at our discretion. Requests must be made within 14 days by emailing support@piedgelearning.co.uk. Approved refunds return to the original card within 5–10 business days.
6. Acceptable use
- One account per child — do not share login credentials
- Do not copy, scrape or reproduce our question bank or content
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to our systems
- Do not use automated tools on the platform
7. Intellectual property
All content — questions, explanations, software, graphics, design — is owned by PiEdge Learning Ltd and protected by UK copyright law. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access the platform during your active subscription.
8. Educational disclaimer
PiEdge Learning is a preparation tool. We do not guarantee that use of the platform will result in passing the 11+ or SATs, or gaining admission to any school. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, exam results or school admissions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Changes
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
